Description
The Skar Audio SK65MB marine full-range coaxial speaker system is built for listeners who need reliable, high-performance sound in demanding outdoor environments. Ideal for boats, UTVs, motorcycles, and other off-road applications, these 6.5-inch marine speakers deliver clear, powerful audio while standing up to moisture, salt, UV exposure, and rough conditions.
Each speaker features a premium microfiber composite mineral-filled mid-woofer cone paired with a durable butyl surround, helping produce rich bass response and long-lasting performance. A 1-inch marine-grade silk dome tweeter is mounted directly above the driver for a smooth two-way design that enhances vocal clarity, treble detail, and overall balance. With a frequency response of 57 Hz to 20 kHz, the SK65MB offers full-range sound that feels crisp, dynamic, and natural.
Designed for efficiency and flexibility, these speakers have an 88 dB sensitivity rating and 4-ohm impedance, making them compatible with a wide range of marine audio systems and amplifiers. The 1.2-inch SV voice coil supports 80 watts RMS per speaker and up to 160 watts peak power, delivering dependable output without sacrificing sound quality.
Built with a rugged marine-grade housing, the SK65MB is engineered to resist corrosion and weather-related wear, helping maintain performance over time in harsh outdoor settings. Installation is straightforward thanks to a 3.25-inch mounting depth, 7-inch outer diameter, and 5.75-inch cut-out diameter, allowing a smooth fit in most standard 6.5-inch speaker locations.
Sold as a pair, the Skar Audio SK65MB is an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their marine speakers with a durable, well-balanced, and high-output audio solution.
