1. Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied, you can return new, unused items for a refund.

Not 30 days – 14 days. This keeps our prices low and inventory fresh.

2. What Can Be Returned?

  • ✅ Must be within 14 days of delivery (tracking shows delivered date)
  • ✅ Item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags
  • ✅ Beauty products: unopened, seal intact (hygiene reasons)
  • ✅ Electronics / RC: no damage from misuse, all accessories included
  • ❌ Adult / Mature 18+ products: Final sale, no returns for hygiene reasons
  • ❌ Sale / Clearance items marked Final Sale
  • ❌ Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@goldendealsllc.com with Order # and reason
  2. We reply within 24h with Return Authorization (RA) number and label
  3. Ship back within 7 days of RA. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/wrong item.
  4. Refund issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunded to original payment method (Stripe / PayPal)
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable (we offer free shipping to you, but carrier costs us)
  • If you received free shipping on a return, $5.99 may be deducted from refund to cover label if applicable

5. Defective or Wrong Item?

We pay return shipping and send replacement or full refund – no need to return in some cases (photo proof required). Contact within 14 days.

6. Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Please return for refund and place a new order – this is faster for you.
