This 4-gauge power and ground wire kit is designed for a variety of low-voltage wiring projects where dependable conductivity, organized routing, and connection protection matter. It includes 50 feet of copper-clad aluminum (CCA) cable, divided into 25 feet of red wire and 25 feet of black wire for easier identification of positive power and ground paths during installation. CCA wire uses an aluminum core with a copper coating, making it a more economical alternative to oxygen-free copper (OFC) cable. For higher-power equipment or longer cable runs, OFC wire or a larger gauge may be more appropriate. Checking the equipment specifications before installation helps ensure the wire gauge matches the electrical load.
The cable features a flexible PVC jacket that supports easier routing through vehicle interiors, equipment enclosures, and indoor spaces. Its soft-touch finish can also make installation more manageable around corners and tighter paths. To support secure terminations, the kit includes ten AWG 4–5/16-inch lugs, ten AWG 4–3/8-inch lugs, and 20 pieces of heat-shrink tubing. These components help create cleaner, more stable connections while providing added coverage for completed terminations. The included 100A ANL fuse block adds an important layer of circuit protection, and the fuse should always be selected according to the requirements of the connected equipment and installed as close to the power source as possible.
