Description
The Corelle Country Cottage dinnerware set brings together everyday practicality and a warm, farmhouse-inspired look. Designed for service for 6, the set includes 6 dinner plates, 6 appetizer plates, and 6 18-ounce bowls, making it a useful choice for family meals, shared kitchens, dorm rooms, first apartments, and casual entertaining.
The pattern features periwinkle-blue blossoms and hearts on a soft white background, with lacy vine details on the plates and gentle stripes on the bowls. The result is a classic, nostalgic style that feels inviting without being overly formal. It suits homes that prefer a simple, lived-in look with a touch of charm.
Each piece is made from Corelle’s patented triple-layer Vitrelle glass, a material known for its lightweight feel and durable construction. Compared with stoneware, it is five times stronger, half the weight, and takes up about half the stack height, which can make everyday handling and storage more convenient. The non-porous surface helps resist stains and does not absorb odors, an important feature for meals with sauces, spices, or strong flavors.
The sizes are practical for daily use. The 10.25-inch dinner plates provide room for full meals, while the 6.75-inch appetizer plates work well for snacks, desserts, or smaller servings. The 18-ounce bowls are useful for cereal, soup, pasta, and side dishes. This balanced sizing helps keep the set versatile without crowding the table or cabinet.
Corelle Country Cottage is microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 350°F, making it suitable for reheating, serving, and cleanup with minimal effort. Its stackable design also helps save space in kitchens where storage is limited.
Made in Corning, New York since 1970, this Corelle dinnerware set is backed by a 5-year chip warranty. For households looking for durable dinnerware with a traditional pattern and everyday ease, Corelle Country Cottage offers a thoughtful combination of style, function, and long-term value.
