Each jar contains 2 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 3 grams of healthy fat, and 30% recommended daily value of Potassium. Free of the following allergens: dairy, gluten, peanut, soy, egg. As a Stage 3 puree, Beech-Nut Naturals Superblends are ideal for babies 8 months and up.
