Shipping Terms:

1) Items will be shipped within 1~3 business days.Pay attention please we are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay or tax.

2) Please tell me your current address after your payment within 1~2 days; otherwise, we will ship your item based on your Escrow address, so make sure it is correct.

3) Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method. Normally, it takes 20~50 business days for arrival by Post registered Air Mail, and takes 3~10 business days by Express.

4) Most of the tracking number, you can track it in www.17track.net.

5) Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don't receive the item within 30 days, please contact us, and then I will help you track it.

Returns & Refund:

1) When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our store, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems.

2) You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed by opening a dispute in the order details page.

3) If you agreed with us to return your item, please check with us on the shipping information.

4) A notification will be sent to you once your returned item is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed.
